The Shape I’m In

A shape is an external form, yet we also use this word to describe our internal state of being.  We think of shape as an individual emotional condition when we tell each other that we are in good shape or in bad shape.  At the same time, we use shape to describe our physical bodies when we tell each other that we are in shape or out of shape.

In this performance, we discover what it means to create shapes with our collective bodies, explore the shapes of our individual bodies, and surrender to the shapes of our emotional conditions.
